So, the debate rages on. Is organic food really that much better for you considering the cost? I think it is. What do you think?
I run three to five times per week and average 5 miles per run. I am posing the question, "When does running become too hard on your body?" and would love to hear from everyone on this. I am training for a marathon in June and have a fairly strict running regimen, but I often wonder if all the running is taking an undue toll on my body. The flip side of the argument for me, is that I feel great after I run. If I take a couple days off from running, I feel sluggish. Would love to hear your thoughts!
